Tandoori Paneer Tikka is an Indian dish made from chunks of paneer marinated in a spiced yogurt based marinade, arranged on skewers and grilled in a tandoor or baked in an oven. Bell peppers and onions have been added to skewers in this recipe. The veggies in this recipe add flavor and nutrition to this dish. It is a great vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka and other such meat dishes. It is a popular dish that is widely available in India and countries with an Indian diaspora. It contains high amounts of calcium, which can help you build strong teeth and muscles. The term paneer tikka literally translates to grilled chunks of Indian cottage cheese.
